The Super Scraper’s working
edge is made with a special proprietary blend of micro grain carbide. It has a
hardness rating on the Rockwell scale of 92.4. Normal tool steel is
approximately 60. The carbide is precision ground using diamond wheels on three
sides, providing two 90 degree working edges running the width of the scraper.
The design of the Super Scraper allows the edge of the carbide to be the main
contact point with the work piece. The greatest amount of force is applied and
used to keep the carbide working edge in contact the with work piece.
The flat working edge of
the carbide allows the downward force to be applied evenly across the entire
edge, minimizing any gouging or scoring. When using on softer work pieces such
as aluminium or wood, much lighter force is required. Instead of using a
forward motion, the Super Scraper should be pulled back or drawn across the
work piece.

Warranty & Returns
1. Unless otherwise stated all 4WD Power Parts products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase as stated on the relevant invoice that must be produced as proof of purchase.
2. The Warranty becomes void ifthe product is installed in the incorrect application or has been installed without regard for the installation instructions.
3. We will offer replacement items (not refunds) if:
- Item is damaged on arrival.
- There is a manufacturing fault with the item
- The item is not what your ordered.
4. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to returnit, we may offer a refund providing the item is in a saleable condition less a15% fee for repacking and any return freight costs incurred. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Warranty does not cover anyrelated installation or re-installation costs involved.
6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been accepted by 4WD Power Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between 4WD Power Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
7. No refunds or replacement itemswill be issued prior to the receipt and inspection of the goods that are claimed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Please choose your parts carefully and me sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sureplease contact us prior to purchase. We will be happy to help when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are to be paidby the buyer.
Shipping
- Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been completed. Deliveries will be made during business hours Monday to Friday.
- We will combine items when possible to save you shipping costs. We encourage this and you will find great savings on shipping by purchasing multiple items.
- We select the carrier to suit your order size and destination.
- Most items shipped from Melbourne will take 2 to 5 days depending on the delivery location.
- A signature will be required on receipt of your shipment. If no one is at the delivery location a card will be left for pick up at your local Mail Centre or freight depot.
